Their stories deserve more than blank pages
You can probably relate to purchasing a beautiful memory journal hoping your loved one would fill it in with their life stories, only to watch it sit there blank, month after month. Getting them to actually write feels impossible, there's a better way...Our solution is simple:
1. Professional production so you can focus on the conversation, not the setup.
2. Scheduled accountability that ensures it actually gets done.
3. Permanent storage with both digital and physical options so you never lose their stories.
Each project is personal
Our process is designed to respect your time and memories.
1. Connect: Email conversation (phone call if you like) to make sure Dear Family is the right fit for you.2. Design: In-person meet up to plan out your project, set expectations, and select questions.3. Schedule: Set recording date for the interview(s) to ensure your loved one's stories get captured.4. Record: Lights, camera, stories.5. Feedback: You will watch back videos and provide feedback before making final edits.6. Deliver: We will send digital files through a secure email and physical files (DVD, thumb drive) through the mail or drop off.
